Item Name:

THE DOOMSDAY DEVICE!!

 

Item Type:

Permanent weapon (spell) One time Use/destroyed apon death of character holding item.

 

Item Must be found somewhere within the Fortress or could be used as a Permanent Achievment Item- up to the developers. {see other information for justification for either of these options}

OR One random and very lucky player at the start of the game starts off with it.

 

Abilities:

Active spell ability-

Armageddon (Area of effect/Damage over time).

Initial 150,000 base damage, +Initial 5 second stun on all units in AOE (Trojan, Najhort and Behemoth only have 1.5 second stun)  AOE: 600, Mana Cost: 0,

Radiation Sickness is the DOT aspect of this devastating spell. (comes into effect 1 second after Armageddon has been unleashed).

 25% reduced movement speed for 20 seconds (Trojan, Najhort and Behemoth 5 seconds) + 666 damage every 3 seconds for 5 minutes AOE: 666.  Cooldown: can only be used once per match and has a 15 minute charge up time which starts when the game does.

 

Effects:

4 consecutive nuclear strikes occour within the AOE (if possible end with a Ion Cannon like animation or some sort of explosion in centre of AOE), when Radiation sickness becomes active the ground within the area of effect becomes undead blighted ground for 5 minutes.

 

Stats:

Item has one Charge per match with a 15 minute charge up time starting once game has commenced.

Health: Item cannot be destroyed unless character holding the item dies then item is destroyed with him.

Item cannot be sold.

Item Size: Standard.

 

Other Information:

- I have suggested that this item be available to be found within the fortress at a random spot for balancing reasons because i dont think it would be fair for pro's to be the only ones to have access to this item as Newbies would most benefit from it, espeacially on higher difficulties OR 1 random lucky player recieves item at the start of game.

But with that said I think this Item is more than worthy of being an achievement item for some sort of nightmare related accomplishment, perhaps for compleating Nightmare + Invisible + Air. That would be uber cool and make that mode alot more alluring.

 

-In game Item Description- Hidden somewhere within the Fortress a secret weapon far beyond human comprehension is under development and is nearing completion you happen to be lucky enough to have found the trigger.

-Item Spell Description- A Devastatingly Chaotic Nuclear device coupled with Top-secret Chemical Warfare.

Item Name: Spys Guardian / Scouts Bane (cant Decide lol)

Item Type: defensive active

Abilities: Passive +50 Movespeed  Active: 30second(60sec CD) +50% Movespeed WindWalk

Effects: WindWalker

Stats: Recharges. Active Windwalker (30sec 60CD) that gives invis +nocolision +extra 50% movespeed

+50 fixed Movespeed

 

Droppable, destroyable(500hp so it might last a missclick) small/medium size(larger then mini-mill items or just a normal chest size). Either no charges limit or like 45 charges so it gets used and not just sit there all the time.

Other Information: Personaly think it should be a quest to unlock it and let it load after that. have to Save an invis "spy" that's in one of like 3-4 bases till 15min then he gives it to you and it saves/loads after that.(because of need for truesight in first place to find and save him)

descript: This strange Orb(scope) was given to you after having saved a weird Woman and her secret Info, it appears to let you vanish at will

How to Get?

Has a .2% Chance to drop off the Najort.

Abilities-

Item passive- When in the holders hands it tints them slightly black!

 

Stats-

+25% Movement Speed.

+35% Attack speed.

 15% Dodge Chance.

 

Apon killing a enemy with the holder(Hero) There is a 5% Chance for the unit that you kill to give you 1 gold!

 

Ability(Unlimited use)

Stuns a target for 6 Seconds in a Tight Death Grip (120 Second CD)

 

Warning!

 

Defect-

If the User of the item is below 10% Hp the item will drop and appear somewhere else on the map! Beware!

The Story of this tale was never complete because the will of the up-holder of the Weapon 

 

~Item Is Upgrade able ~

 Apon killing the Bonas boss there is a low chance of a item dropping. "Tears of the Fortress"

If you were to uptain the tears with this item in your hands it upgrades!

When upgraded this item gives you +10% all its normal stats +300 Damage!

 I think its better if the item can be get by Killing the Nightmare Najort 5x (It doesnt matter how many times  youve  finished NM or NMA or NMI or NMAI as long as you dont kill the Najort it doesnt count)
 Though you will need the stats that will saved how many times youve killed the specific boss (it will be more  job i know)

Quest item (do a special quest for a shady looking guy in the fortress ((maybe find some item for him that will randomly spawn in the fortress))... at your own risk)

(Or shop item)

Abilities:

Active ability:

Gives the user flight (like wings)

"TAKE FLIGHT WITHOUT THE LIABILITIES OF WINGS!"

Passive ability:

When using flight 1% chance per second for engines to combust, instantly killing the user.

"The jets are not as sturdy as they look and at any second they could explode... taking the user with them."

Gives Truesight

"The constant flames from the jet allow the user to see anything hidden."

Gives immolation 100 damage per second. (Don't know whats a good number here. 100 shouldn't be OP but will it still be useful?)

"The constant flames from the jet burn any enemies foolish enough to get close to the user."

Effects:

Fire coming off the user while in flight

Explosion (any explosion, goblin land mine maybe? when engines combust)

Stats:

No charges due to item having huge setback.

Item can be destroyed. (I don't know what average item health is and maybe make it destroy when the engines explode)

Item can not be sold.

This is the "more reliable and more powerful" item you recieved from a shady figure. The constant thrum of the jets calms your nerves. However closer inspection shows these jets have seen more than their fair share of war... Do you dare use this item?

100 dps isnt useful but if its upgradeable then it is.

Wow, not bad!

Some of these suggestions are pretty awesome and some are preetty complicated.. *cough* Waffle *cough* :P Though its not a bad idea at all.

Like some of the stories as well, making the item a reward for beating a specific quest sounds like a good idea and would definitely make the game more interesting. Though the quest shouldn't be too difficult since you have a base to defend of course.

Anyways, good job ppl!

But he was killed by Ezalor, Keeper of the Light, who was the one of the most powerful mages of human race. The Scepter from Lion was kept in a Magic Vault. After Hundred Years, the Scepter is released in the vault to use in defending against the Undead.

 

Recommended for Intelligence Heroes.

Item Type: Quest/Boss drop or achievement TBD
Reccomended quest; at 15 minutes to the end a psycho bush spawns (ie giant red treant mad+ difficulty boss 200k hp 6-9k dps) in a commonly unused position and stays there for 5 minutes (10 remaining) killing enemy creeps and humans alike until a hero strong enough comes to kill it. saves as an achievement for the person whom gets the killing blow.

 

Abilities:  (Active) Mind Crash: causes enemies in AOE to become confused and attack one another (does not work on bosses) effected creeps also gain 25% attack speed and damage lasts 5 seconds  cooldown 30s

 

(Passive) +10%  evasion, +5% lifesteal, 10% chance of  2.5x critical on hit 

 

Effects:  Causes enemies to lose their mind and kill each other for a short period of time, and also serves as a powerful passive item to any hero.

 

Stats: Mind Crash mana cost 200, Cannot be sold, Cannot be destroyed.

Item Description: The essence of insanity flowing from this branch is making you feel manic.

Thanks for your suggestion, I edited the equation based from your suggestion but added another so at 50k lumber armor increases by 0.5/7k lumber at nightmare mode.
