They have been out for at least a week .. see first post in this thread..
hint: this whole pages is about congrats already..
And pls read the thread before you post in it. it is really annoying if somebody comes up with an issue that has already been solved on page 1..

You most likely got it from claiming the Fort Harbor and agreeing to protect the pirates for 15 minutes or whatever it is. Once that time was up, you got 5 gold and that item (which may or may not still spawn in the middle of the map). Either that or someone dropped/gave it to you through the previous method.
