sorry to replaySC... i didn't Prt SC in game..

Is this quest reward ??? but my shinkel is already dead. Bobert too

 how can i get this item?? and why??

is bug?

its something you get for the pirate Quest and can summon creature

Its a quest reward for keeping the scurvy pirate (sniper) alive , probably you took the quest to get that skeleton with endurance aura  and the monsters didn't kill the pirate.
