So rumor has it that I will be able to name my own rank title as I wish at rank 50; Is this to be true?
As well as is there any other perks to being rank 50?

The only perk of being rank 50 is a custom rank name. In the next version there are actually going to be some features that make being rank 50 slightly harder as it assumes that you are more skilled
