what does soaked mean, you can read it on the creeps status.. Wilt this mean that electric attack is super effective now?

Or has it a other purpase? plz tell me!

 

Will this say if you use a water tower + telsa = Super effective?

soaked is a debuff caused by the water tower, it slows aspd/ms, that is all.

there was a special ability of tesla tower that it can cast chain lightning (chance is so small tho that it barely makes a difference..)
