Custom Hero Command Center Update

In the Old System:

All Custom Heroes would spawn either automatically or upon password entry.

In the New System:

All Custom Heroes can only be trained via the Command Center on the Third Page.

The Third Page will only be visible if a Custom Hero is available and authenticated.

Custom Heroes that have Passwords require them to be entered for authentication.

Custom Heroes without Passwords are automatically authenticated.

Valid Token Protection automatically authenticates Custom Heroes.
