About two weeks ago, the server hosting the website had all its data lost, including the backup.
The website had to be restored to the most recent external backup that unfortunately was about a year old.
~ If you registered an account anytime from December 2016 to December 2017
You will have to register a new account entirely!
~ All the data between Dec 2016-2017 cannot be recovered.

~ If you've updated your previous Donator Content, You'll need to do it again. : (
