So I got back my old copy of Frozen Throne (pulled my old computer out of garbage and took it using a USB =D). Had to restart my ranks but that's been fun. Now I've gotten back wings and unlocked some heroes but I have no idea how to go about finding a group for Eternia. 

 

I do not have Garena.

 

Anyone I meet who is good on battlenet don't show as online if I add them as friend. 

 

I'm wondering if there is a clan or something I can join that makes it easier to find a team?

Fortress survival skype group or clan FS on us EAST

Is there any way to transfer codes from one realm to another? or do you need to start again? My account is on U.S. West.  Remade account with same name and codes work.

 

Does skype group require webcam?

It doesn't require a webcam, or even voice-chat unless you want to do that with another person, or people, for convenience.
