I think it would be a cool idea if we had elevated bases. It definentaly would allow new strategies to develop and another challenge for pros to work on.

lol i actually like that idea. It'd be cooler. And thered be more creeps to attack ;O especially one's like the second one.. They'd probably have to be a little bigger though but i like it lol

Great idea, except you will have nearly every creep and or boss getting stuck everywhere around the entire map. Otherwise, i would have included something like this along time ago.

If you spent enough time it would work. I am getting closer to elevations working on my map, but it just takes excessive time, and a bunch of triggers. Also you could just add more air, and make it better that way...

No, i already did spend time trying to get it to work. The Creeps work fine, however the Bosses are what really have major problems with this. Especially the Trojan, and you know how much people get pissed off when he gets stuck... tongue.gif

I support the idea because it would take up more room in fortress(cancel out some of the pointless bases) and it would be kinda like island defense except there are waves of creeps and bosses, instead of 1 titan boss.

It would be possible to add a few triggers to "unstuck" stuff. For example :

Event
Unit is given an order with no target

Conditions
Unit is owned by Brown? (enemies)
Order equals to Stop

Actions
Set TempPoint = whereever
Order Unit to attack-move to TempPoint
(Or order to do what he originally did when you spawned him)

We have alot of those, especially for Trojan however even with all of that in place, they still get stuck with the current layout! Imagine how much they will get stuck if this was implemented?

Interesting. I saw them getting stuck but I can't explain why ... it just, shouldn't happen lol.
