I think they should have the option at the start of the game to turn off/on like air and invis units. When I am just playing the map to promote the map/forum/game I play on easy, no air, no invis and range still messes me up. I think it should be there just for that reason. Range kills repairs inside your base and that is fucking bullshit!

range is the only thing left making the game fun if people turn off air or invis

range is there so that you dont alt-tab and play around with the thing you have between your legs.

Energy walls are the perfect counter to Range. Turning range off would make the game really boring. tongue.gif

I think range should have to target walls/energy walls before being able to attack repairs and attacking towers.

They do, the priorities are set. However, even with that being as perfect as can be, The units still sometimes target repairs. There isn't much i can do about that.

I know u cant change there priorities anymore but they still attack your repairs. There for you should make a shortcut to the master technician, just like the gold wall shortcut and energy wall shortcut.

add 100% piercing damage reduction? that should work...

Make the repairs a certain type of unit that the ranged can't target.

Or you can be awesome and set a trigger that makes ranged units unable to damage repairbots and then force them to attack the structure the repair tower is repairing

Thats why there is a Tower Regen upgrade, Tower Health upgrade and Bots upgrade in Command Center DUHHHHH! :P
