You should be glad because I made nevo change this.

Wyrg boss had a different targeting system than other bosses. It had the primary order of attacking the survivor, always.

His minions are problaby the same, since its the same unit changed a little bit.

Oh I see! I don't mind that to be honest, if anything it makes bunker more useful. It just seemed odd since air units usually can't attack builder.

Its mostly like that. The spawns have an order of importance for targets.

For the majority of the creeps and bosses the walls are at the top of the list. But for some, like the Wyrg boss and its minions, the survivor and general buildings come 1st.
