Tooltips on the final walls could get updated to show they need higher level Futuristic Tech.
Confused I was why I couldn't get the final regen walls, and the tooltips current setup leads to
the idea your still missing robotics tech (the only grayed out one) when your really missing
level 3 futuristic tech
