when you type -cede lb or -cede lightblue, it displays an error with invalid name/color.

I've also encountered something like that in 6.52 that sometimes I can't share and send gold or lumber to lightblue. But it does not display any error, it just won't allow the commands.

The -cede system was completely remade for 6.53 and currently lightblue is the only color that does not work.

That would be completely different although we will investigate that as-well to figure out why thats happening.

well you need to type -cede teal not -cede light blue

There are the 3 main colors in the RGB-blue factor, there is teal, lightblue and blue.
