What Version were you playing on? Theres no way the basement passage was not invulnerable. The version that u were playing maybe was not official and someone injected cheats in it.

On a nonhacked version, the Basement Passage will stop being marked as invulnerable after you beat Tyrant. But you still can't target it to attack it.

Having the Passage keep its invulnerability tag even after Tyrant dies should keep this from happening. If it really matters in the slightest.

well its realyl only a decoration in the end, its not something you can take advantage of or exploit.. so it doesnt really matter.

but still it might be sth that deserves a bit of attention..

I've given it HP Regen, it had 0 before so this exploit will no-longer be possible in 6.53+.
