This replay is from the 6.46 release, but it still happens on 6.48
It has some cogs bugs on it
It's very simple, you use the Cogs of time, but it fails. The next building to be built is not instantly finished.
Here, some of the times it happened: 38:50, 37:00, 35:16, 35:40, 29:30, 29:13, 27:55, 25:15, 20:30, 17:10, 16:05
I think theres more, but those are the ones I noticed watching the replay.
