Claimed alchemists. Feedback needed

Currently claimed alchemists that you can take from a base have 0 mana at the start of the game. Do you feel that this is  unreasonable and that they should start with more mana?

 

How is their mana regeneration?

I've played with claimed Alchemist mostly, I feel current as it is...is quite fine. Yes they start with 0 mana however when I am ready to start lumbering it works out as they reach full mana.

I used them alot and Its a pain to get started but once you get going then you should be fine. The only thing i could see you doing is giving them like 90ish mana or a tad better regen. But they are fine where they are at. In my personal experience.

I always rush out, normally, like 3 mills right away in 6.44 with the alch's in mail/library.  It seems to me that I'm like the only player that does this.  When playin the Beta the may start with 0 so I can't rush out my normal 3 mills but, really isn't a game breaker at all since, if you build factories to speed up build time, normally, by the time the build is done you have mana with your Alch.  I think starting them with 0 is the right move since (it seems to me, anyways) no one really uses that full mana in the first 3 mins anyway.
