Using snowballs from Snowman of Rage (this kind of assumes to either got him or you picked up snowballs from where he died) do quite a bit of damage to the little worms, stuns them, and has a pretty low cool-down. Pretty much use anything to deal area damage makes pretty short work of them. Lastly, anything that's supposed to deal a set amount of damage (like Marine/Rocketeer grenades, Shadow Sniper's Shadow Cannon, etc) seems to do full or nearly full damage to the worms.
Wall HP-wise, having medics to use healing spray and then forbidden healing (whatever it's called) works to keep walls up longer.
One last thing, even though I said lastly before, make sure there are no close holes in your buildings/units, as the worms will spawn there if it's the closest spot. This really only applies to when there's a lot of units attacking/waiting to attack your walls. Also applies for Cursed Arthas.
I think this has been asked and answered before, but oh well.

Not necessary if you base up a ramp and place walls like this

I do base where a ramp is present and place walls like so, but one time the Cursed Arthas babies (I think it was him and not worm) were spawning. For whatever reason, there were a ton of mobs waiting at my walls and there happened to a one unit hole relatively nearby. One spawned in and effectively destroyed my entire base. It still can happen, but probably is less likely too with a ramp.

If you place walls like this, and after radioactive worm dies, this will happen to his spawns

It means no matter what many monster outside the walls, or even without towers, repair units/bots, or space inside, as long as your walls are like this, It is 100% sure that worms will not spawn inside your base.

But if you place walls like this, and after radioactive worm dies, this will happen to his spawn.

It means that there is a chance that worms will spawn inside your base.

I'll give you 100$ if you can provide a replay of that happening.

Yeah the thing is, I don't have that replay anymore. D:
Must have played at least one more game since then.
I think the only other person who could possibly confirm this is Filthy, but I'm not sure if he was paying attention at the time.

Doubtful. In my experience war3 pathing follows some strict rules. Never have I seen these rules broken, and I've played quite a lot of games.
I'm just gonna add a precision. When I say basing up a ramp, it means the unit that glitch in must be on a lower ground level as the base.
This for example, isn't allowed (red arrow) because even though the wall is placed on a ramp, units behind the wall are on the same ground level as the base.

Green arrow is from lower ground level to higher ground level. That is allowed.
