How do I get level 6/7 lumber mills? I'm stuck at 5 >_>

Level 6 lumber mill is made from 8 normal sized level 4 mills around a repair unit or factory (repair unit/factory doesn't need to be completed for either for the mill to create itself).

 

Key: 4 = level 4 lumber mill; R = repair unit/factory

Level 7 lumber mill is made from 8 transmuted level 5 lumber mills around a repair unit or factory (alchemist mercenary or hero is needed to create a level 7 mill).

 

Key: 5 = transmuted level 5 lumber mill; R = repair unit/factory

Ah okay i see, I've been reading the lumber guides, but I can't figure out which one would be the best formation. Rush a t7 lumber mill? or what ... :s confused!

If you have a base and repair factory formation you like with either a hero alchemist or mercenary, rushing lv 7s is a pretty good strategy. Don't stop once you have enough for 3 of them though, keep getting lv 5s mills to increase your WPS.

 

As a note: completely rushing a level 7 mill isn't the best idea; I usually have most or all of my other mills at level 3s before I start upgrading to level 4s to make the level 5s necessary for the level 7 mill.
