"Clan FS" on U.S. East realm is where most people would be; other realms do have FS clans, but they aren't used as much, if I remember correctly.

You can be accepted into the clan by any of the shamans.

Being in the skype chat if you're not is probably more useful than being in the clan but first off the channel is not restricted and anyone can join it by typing it Clan FS. You just need to be invited to the clan
