So my friend and I were playing and we started typing our -load codes. My code loaded successfully but when he typed his code it didn't work. He tried typing it again but this time he crashed. We tried another game and did the same thing and he crashed again. How do we fix it ? ;/

The game has a protection method that prevents people from spoofing others peoples profiles. We put this in to protect our Donators because we respect them.

 

When someone tries to spoof, the player is kicked out of the game.

 

So either your friend is trying to spoof, or he just discovered some crazy bug.

 

Or, his computer may not be able to run the game (which I doubt) and crashed when trying to load a profile. Again, which is very unlikely.

 

Any more detail you could provide would be helpful.

Well he does have quite an old desktop. Windows XP and not the best specs. Dont think he's trying to cus we wouldn't be trying so hard to destroy Behemoth then cus it wont be fun xD. He just crashes once he types it the second time.

what error does he get?

has this happened before?

what version of the map?

 

were there any other players?

does he sometimes load code successfully?

win xp sP1 /sp2 /sp3?

can you send us a replay of the short game? (put it in a .zip archive)

Ill ask him about error .There were no other players. It was our first time trying to load our codes. The map version was 6.42 . It was only him and I . We tried 2 times to load the code but he crashes every second time he types it. Im not sure about the OS version I'll ask him . I'll try to save the replay and send it to you guys.

He does not encounter an error message , just a short pause . If he tries to type it again it crashes. He has Windows XP on SP4.

@BabyMichael the donator protection system does crash the game for the player.. but it is not connected to the load codes as far as i know.

 

maybe you could tell us his name?

just in case he does get hit by the anti-spoof...

very few people actually have protection enabled tho so it is highly unlikely.
