Hello, I'm new to FS and to this forum, I enjoy this game and I think its very intresting.

 

I see there are many people in this forum, but you could get even more if you did something. That's right I have an idea!

 

Well, all people that are registered to the forum could (?) get a parenement item in FS game. I don't know what that item could be, but not too over powerfull. Let's say, It could be a ring that increases regeneration of all building by 20 hp/s, it's not great but its always something for begginers. In description box it should say; Register at fortress-survival to get your own free ring. Therefore more players would join this forum and the game could (?) get even more popular. Would this idea success? Also, if you reach 100 posts, you could get an upgreade of that item, instead of 20 hp/s you would get 100 hp/s. In my opinion this idea is pretty good, but it can take a lot of time? Please share your ideas with the world!

20hp/s is the very definition of too-over-powerful.. (especially since this applies to all buildings, not just walls)

 

We're not opposed to giving away free stuff.. but just for registering? should presume a little more engagement imo..

 

You're right about this could boost forum traffic tho..   

         And we do want more traffic on this forum..

Yeah you're pretty right 20hp/s is a bit too much.

 

How about for reaching 20 posts you get that "ring" or something. I'm not saying it has to be that regeneration ring but It could be anything that would make people wanna join this forum. It could be a hammer that stuns an opponment for 5 seconds of 1/2 minute cooldown. There would be a Threat pinned somewhere and everybody that has commented on it gets that item, it would make life easier for developers as they would not have to look at everysingle account and their amount of posts and so on.

Indeed he is correct, just for signing up for forum, would most likely result in signing up and leaving lol.  I usually always promote w/ my custom builder, people always ask where I get it from and lead them to the forums. 

 

I have noticed even w/ all the text on loading screen and prompts of the website, does not always promote traffic. 

 

It may take some time but you could add a cinematic in the beginning and somehow incorporate the website, not sure, there has been plenty of suggestions on this manner nice work.
