Does anyone else think it would be cool to see in game achievements with possible bonuses for achieving them... Some examples and sorry for the stupid names but getting an achievement like Gold digger for getting a goldmine either lvl 1 or 2 at a certain threshold in the game or an amount of gold or something like Welcome to the darkside for teching Dark walls by a certain point in the game. Achievements are always fun. Leave your thoughts

At the start of the game after picking the modes

Eg. "Name1 Achieve at 33:00, name5 achieve at 33:01"

*Achievement Appear*

Fastest Builder of Lumber 7

Name5

Ideas of ach.:

Lumberjack(Tier 1): Produce 100 wood.

Lumberjack(Tier 2): Produce 1000 wood.

Lumberjack(Tier 3): Produce 10000 wood.

Killer Queen: Achieve 1000 kills before Trojan would spawn.

Master of Transmute: Build 3 Tiny Hyper Lumber Cloning Factories Level 7 in one game.

Killing Spree: Kill 2 bosses in a row.

Snow Castles: Kill Snowman of Rage on Imp/NM w/o Arcane Towers and it's upgrades.

What is this?: Kill Sheep of Rage on Imp/NM.
I hate butthurt: Kill Lt.Stealer on Imp/NM.

Ultimate Researcher: Research maximal level in Armored Walls(25) and Strengthned Walls(20) upgrades.

God's Sake: Build God's Seal wall.

Blight Cursed You: Build Cursed wall.

Satan is Coming Back: Build Devil's Brazer.

Charger: Kill boss using Laser Strike/Ion Cannon.

Nuker: Kill boss using Nuclear Strike.

Got this, Rescue Team?: Survive Nuke after unsuccesfull killing Trojan/Najort/Tyrant.

Are you a donator?: Have 2 heroes at same time.

I feel self newb: Fail in killing Abysall G'rak.

I definately luv the idea, feel its overdue somehows...  And i might just be repeating what was said above, but , if you can out produce every1 in the map in lumber by the end, the game should acknowledge that somehow... it may show by haveing 4 cursed larcinies and tome a bit, it doesn't really show to anyone else.  So there is a definate competitive edge you can add even with a simple txt trigger: Player to first 1000 lumber ( or many things like that, kills, room claims [Why you'd claim 4 different rooms in a game is beyond me but i bet it happens]). If I saw a text msg on my screen that says red player just produced 1000 wood and i look at my produce and i'm slackin, its kindoflike a kick in the butt in the right direction.  Maybe even some sort of reward for things of this nature, fortress gold would be the obvious choice since you normally end up trading 1,000's of lumber for it. So give the players a bonus for being the first on hitting certain marks 500/1000/2000/5000 lumber,  50/100/200/500 kills.. and maybe a crap ton of gold if you could somehow manage 1000 kills (I know it can be done).  Besides kills/lumber there are a ton of upgrades, is almost impossible to 100% the tech tree currehtly (at least solo), but the first player to lvl 5 armor, lvl 10 armor so on so forth probably encourage n00bs to upgrade thier armor!  I think should be a bonus for rescueing another player that has died, i've lost a few games trying to do this but if an added incentive were there ( maybe 10-20 gold) every1 be trying to rescue dead peeps...

 

P.S. I always have to edit my posts like 3 times before i'm happy with it, and i still don't spell words right, srry

@SoulSurvivor It will be nice, to gain rewads 4 achievements. But they don't need to be iMBA or OP. As well, for gathering X lumber player will get X/100 gold, or X/25 wood. It must be balanced, and it would take lots of time to do it. Maybe it will be left as suggestion, coz it's hard to balance all.

Been off for so long.

Here my ideas. :D (all my achievements ideas named pretty weird :P )

-The Twin Destroyer: Kill Fire and Ice Destroyer at the same time. (Normal or Hard)

- Best Boss Killer: Kill Demonic Enternia. (Extremely Hard)

- Rookie Player: Finish the game in Easy (Normal)

- Intermidate Player: Finish the game in Normal (Normal)

- Pro Player: Finish the game in harder difficulty (Hard)

The rewards don't have to be saveable, you could possibly just gain a non savable  reward after achieving the requirements needed for the achievement. If you try and do it every game you would always have at least a chance of getting it

Well since they get auto saved into a document and pasted anyway, does it matter?
