Would it be possible to make an upgrade that allows you to generate income from lumber mills that are still upgrading. Example. While upgrading a lumber 1 lumber mill to level 2 the upgrading lumber mill still functions like a level 1 and generate thes lumber that it would otherwise. Leave thoughts
