The last release had a bug where level 6 mills could not be created, but that is fixed in the 6.10c release!

Welcome and as Michael says has been fixed for the upcoming release.

To be honest the bug isnt fixed yet... never heard about it before actually <.<
Anyways, I'll fix it asap!
