i tried to kill eternia 7x but i always failed on wave 13 -.-'

Ya, it take me 2 days to finish this plan, not lucky all the time ^^!. My friend can't play at NM air+invi so i'm lack of choice.

After watching the replay, i have to say that the strategy used was quite creative.  After all, it was done without using any custom heroes,(i believe any strength based chaos dmg custom hero can easily kill eternia),  and it was on nightmare difficulty.

 

Even though skipping the 10 endless waves gave a slight advantage, it definitely could have been done on very easy.  The sniper hero had 16k+ dmg.  He did have 2 builders for 20 minutes with the bug, but Teal's builder wasn't even building anything most of the time, it kinda cancels each other out lol.  

 

The poster isn't getting as much credit as he deserved imo.  All he needs to do now is rinse and repeat the process on very easy without the bugs!  Btw, did you end up getting that elemental stone and was it fun to use?

 

Btw, for anyone who wants to watch the replay in v1.26, here's the warcraft version switcher download:

just download 3 things:

- version switcher 

- your own version of warcraft 3 (e.g. 1.26)

- warcraft version 1.24e (last one in the 1.24 list)

 

Unzip the first file, do NOT unzip the 2nd and the 3rd files.  Put the 2nd and 3rd file under version switcher's WVS folder, then run wvs.exe.  Your warcraft 3 will then be in v1.24.  When you want to switch it back, just run wvs.exe again and select v1.26.

But Eternia has 95% evasion, how can a hero "easily" kill it?

i meant it's with a custom hero, who is strength based and does chaos damage.  A hero with those attributes will have more hp and maybe even more regen than the boss, and chaos damage does full damage to boss's hero armor.  With the help of some other units, the fight would definitely be a lot easier than what you had done.

using the help of paratroopers of sentry post and the commander hero 50% chance to kill eternia like they din in the replay they skip the endless wave

After reading this strategy I used a similar method to solo Demonic Eternia on Nightmare.

I was curious to see what happened when you killed it on nightmare, so I used pretty much all the bugs I could think of to help win. If anyone wants to check for bugs the above replay has all of the ones I have found except for being able to fly and land off the map. Well I killed it, and it dropped the Elemental Blasting Staff. I picked it up and it was able to attack enemy creeps. However, I saved the game and there was no achievement and no Elemental Stone or Elemental Blasting staff when I loaded the save file in a new game.

 

I believe only the nightmare Demonic Eternia drops the Elemental Blasting Staff on the ground since I did it in very easy mode first, and I don't think it dropped a staff.

If you want to try Demonic Eternia without cheating at all, I am pretty sure that it's possible to kill it on very easy with 4 commanders by going to the middle before round 10 in endless starts and roaring the choppers. I did about 15% damage that way solo.

yup that means the Achievement has not been saved to your survivor.

No, i read the code, and there's no the other achievement =]]. I create my own code to lv17 with full achievement b/c i dont have time to train to that lv @@.

I was actually alive when I killed it. I used a survivor soul right before killing it, so I had the reborn survivor status, not dead.

Skipping wave 1 up to wave 10 is not the point, and the peasant bug too or the alche bug. The point of replay is they killed eternia without whosyourdaddy. Some games with 10 players cannot defeat eternia. I'm proud you killed it with 1 commander and 1 sniper manually.
