Can't you just like farm levels on 6.00d..
It's easier then 6.00e by so much and people can just farm on 6.00d

well not all the way..
you cant get past lvl 20 in d
and on the last levels lvl-ing up becomes very slow indeed (some nm games gained only few % while now in e managed to get over 20% on "very easy"
(ps, make the infinite waves gain strength EXPONENTIALLY, it's too easy to keep up with the linear upgrades. add like +0.1 previous lvl to the autofill formula that should do it..) )

Farm in 6.10, it is currently the easiest.
