Repair Units/buildings

Can some1 tell me all of the repair rates for bots and technitions (units/building) because i am trying to figure out what is the best way to repair my buildings when i solo

immediately next to walls cheap bots, and surrounding them rep units that are just a little more expensive than 1 bot.
2 bots are a little better than 1 repair unit on average. weaker at start, but nearly 50% better by max lvl.
when in doubt its more efficcient to up 2 cheaper units/bots than trying to max out a single unit.(by a BIG margin)
also you might want to up units in advance because you can upgrade bots with 0 delay but when you up units they cant repair.
