Personally, i am all for setting the modes to turn these off, but how do we encourage people to turn them on?

People will hate this suggestion, but wings of trojan for whatever version is after 6.00d should only be given to players who defeat behemoth with air and invis modes on (nightmare).
Behemoth to only spawn with both modes on.
You wanted to encourage air and invis? that should do it

Trojan roar for nightmare without air/invis, seeing behemoth won't spawn without those modes.

Mmm, it would be better is they just buff NM.

If they buff NM, then it would be unfair for other players that can only finish nightmare . Thats why Im suggesting harder modes for the extreme players
