Lumber Factory

I see some people mentioning this lumber factory, how do we get it and is it the best lumber production unit?

Only recently I saw some people having the lumber cloning machine then I realised how to get it. Is the lumber factory better than the cloning machine?

Build 8 lvl 4mills surrounding a repair unit/repair factory wink.gif

It's the best lumber production unit atm, it produces 12 lumber in 5sec (will change to 13 lumber in 5sec in 6.00d) while the lumber cloning machine produces 11 lumber in 10 sec.
