Damage battery

A building that stores part of the damage it takes (through chance or percentage) up to a limit and magicly blast it to a random mob anywhere on the map.
how much of the damage it stores and how high the storage limit is are upgradable, but expencive.

this way someone could actually help around the map instead of storing thousands of lumber.

(warning: will take a LOT of balancing)

How would it take damage? By using it as a wall?
Is this a 3rd wall-type you are suggesting (Normal, Regen, Battery)?
Because I don't think it would get aimed often if it isn't a wall, probably once every 5-10 minutes by ranged depending on placement, (sometimes never xD).

easier to do it by damage it deals out as a tower. Don't really see much use for it either way, unless it is overpowered, then people would use it for that reason.

I thought we had something similar to this (tank tower?!) where it starts with like 200 attack speed, then after a lot of hits it gets lowered to about 50, and needs time to charge back up.

Well depends if it was a wall or a tower. I think it would deal crazy amounts if I used it as a wall xD.
As for Tank Tower... It was removed in start of 6.00 series to return Peon Launcher. Might re-add a revamped version of it though.

Yeah, the steam tank was a nice tower... too bad almost nobody used it :c

OT: We're already talked about that suggestion and like I said before its kinda useless since towers rarely receive dmg at all tongue.gif

What about a item you put into a wall and after the amount of percentage click the item and it does the damage then begins to restore it again.

I'm not thinking of it as a tower. I'm thinking of it as a building which can be attacked by friendly towers/units and gets destroyed at first hit of a hostile.

As for the outputting of the damage. autocast spell that will launch damage equal to mana(damage absorbed) to a random enemy unit.

Inspiration for random unit to be damaged from the old game castle fight.

I agree. It should just be used for inspirations to make much better items/buildings :D
