The models are implemented into the Map which means it doesn't matter what client you use to help you connect... you are still using WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne to play the game and therefore it's always going to work!

Indeed, if you use this link you can find the sections of the store to donate for custom builders, heroes, starter pack, etc.

If you're talking about what you can use; you can use any model that's available in WC3 (the expansion too, of course). If you want to look around, you can open up World Editor and look through the models.

 

Some models have all ready been used, but for many of them, just providing a different colour variation would be fine. PM Nevo or myself (Nevo could probably do more for you though) with the model you want and colouring before purchasing the custom builder so you can be sure that it checks out. Also, no custom/imported models, they take too much space on the map.
