Well, theres some things that may help you go way further than that.

First, you shouldn't buy only Blasting staffs for the hero!

Yes, its a good item, but you also need to increase the attack speed buying Cursed larcenies and electric fist.

The passive ability of the fist is really good.

Another thing is, You are still Rank 6. Just a guess, but I'd say that you dont have elemental stone yet?

To play the endless waves, it would really help having Elemental staff or Enhanced elemental staff.

If you still dont have stone and want to stay alive on the endless. I would recommend you to, buy 5 cursed larcenies and one electric fist for your hero.

You can also buy the staffs and put them on your aura towers.

PS: The version on ENT's bot is soo bugged, you had all the heroes of the other players...

To answer your question.... i once went to Endless Wave 1000+ from leaving my game running all day. As to how many waves it will go is strictly depending on how long you leave your WarCraft III running because its literally Endless.

As of 6.46 (the last game version I've played), the wave number increases without limit, but the Demonic Life Armor and Demonic Damage bonuses that the endless monsters get cap out at 99. They don't get any stronger than that, so if your hero is so awesome that he can tank endless mobs at wave 99, he can tank them forever. <side note> Endless mobs only seem to spawn when a survivor is present on the map. If all the survivors are dead, the mobs cluster around the portals and the basement passage and eventually disappear. They will reappear on the next wave if a unit with an inventory revives a survivor. </side note>

As to how many waves it will go is strictly depending on how long you leave your WarCraft III running because its literally Endless.

Warcraft III can store vars only up to 231 - 1, so wouldn't the integer eventually wrap around and you'd be on wave negative two billion?  :P

Surviving Endless waves is pretty pointless...  unless you want to kill Eternia, a Air-Invis boss that will spawn at wave 10 in the center (as long as air/invis is on).  Shes sorta the crem dela crem of Bosses, and gives an awful lot of exp. if you manage to kill her [good luck, shes boss].  If you do so well to do it on the toughest modes (Nightmare/Air/Invis) you'll be rewarded with an elemental stone in your save code; the greatest achievement on the map.  Good practice might be to try easier modes with air/invis on and see how well you do, even on easy she gives a ton of exp. I bet, but you really gotta have a good strategy to succeed-
