Anyone knows how to watch replay with different version of w3? Or the only way is to update my warcraft?

you need to be using the same patch as the one the replay is in.
This is why some version switchers are available. I'm not sure about patching forwards, but i know of programs which let you change version backwards, no reason to say why this doesn't work forwards also.

It's the easiest to use one i've ever used. Some of them are annoyingly complex. This one is as simple as select the version, click update and then open wc3 and voila, different version.
