When is the Wings of Behemoth given? I beat Nightmare but I didn't get any wings. Is it given automatically in game like the event stuff?

mhh... you are not the only one wo havent got the Wings of Behemoth after beat NM...

Just beat NM and it will be rewarded to your survivor. Survivor needs to be alive though.
