Yep, that sounds like nevo 
Still though, the fact he released anything this year is very surprising. After my little FS spin-off died out, I thought the map would be left to rot, but thankfully that is not exactly the way it went

We are having some issues right now with development however sometime for the Holidays is realistically when there will be a nice solid release of say 5.3 or 5.4..
